The brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Ohio Northern University attended the national Carlson Leadership Conference this weekend and were able to enhance their leadership skills to better their fellow brothers, their community, and themselves. During the conference, each of the brothers attended specialized informational sections that would help them function better in the fraternity to benefit everyone at the chapter. The brothers included President Kris, vice presidents Nick, Jacob, Preston, and Kyle, along with Nathan who joined the experience to learn more about membership development.

At the welcoming ceremony and the extravagant meals offered, the brothers were able to listen to speeches from significant fraternal leaders and businessmen that have made excellent strides on improving the fraternal system and the profession that they were a vital part of. This gave all of the brothers in attendance a great example of the possible effects and changes that they can make on the fraternity and the professional world on their own. Now returning to Ohio Northern, I can speak for the rest of my fellow brothers by saying that this experience has positively affected us and the way that we treat our profession and chapter.
